SMTP error Zimbra

Bonjour,

J'ai un ami pour qui je gère son site, et sa boite mail Zimbra.

Problème évoqué sur d'autres sujets, depuis hier il n'arrive plus à envoyé ses mails, il obtient un message "SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:", personnellement je ne comprend rien au mails, j'ai ouvert un ticket hier sans réponses avec le message complet

 

d'où vient le problème ?

Tout pareil avec moi : aucun de mes mails ne parvient à son destinataire, depuis deux-trois jours, avec le même message en retour (« SMTP error from remote mail server blablabla »). J'ai ouvert un ticket pour demander de l'aide ce matin vers 10 heures : aucune réponse. C'est bizarre, d'habitude, ils sont plus réactifs, chez Yulpa, il y a peut-être un gros problème…

De mon côté, j'ai voulu aller jeter un œil aux connexions de mes comptes, dans « Préférence Système » (je suis sur Mac), mais ça me demande le « préfixe du chemin », ce que je suis bien incapable de fournir, vu que je ne sais pas ce que c'est ni où trouver ce truc…

Du coup, je suis en rade, comme votre ami. La cavalerie est sans doute en route, croisons les doigts… 😉
